Customer contract - please read carefully Materials provided by teachers Students are prohibited from: Sharing any material provided by the academy with other students. Sharing any notes etc. Sharing of any files/links obtained from any platform with students/teachers, as most of the material are *copyrighted. Streaming or recording a class on any platform (YouTube/Discord/Facebook/Instagram). Taking photos in class without permission is not allowed. *Breach of these conditions will result in an automatic dismissal from the Academy. Tuition fees *All Fees are due by the 1st day of each Month. *Fees are based on a subscription model. Monthly Subscription Fee - TT$200TTD per month (US $30 per month). *There will be four (4) - five (5) Sessions per month. There are some months a subject will have five (5) sessions. This is a bonus class and will be used as a RESERVE class. *There will be no class on a Public Holiday. If a Public Holiday falls on two (2) days in a given month , an online assignment will be given. *Your monthly fee is a Subscription Fee and gives you access to - a place in classes. Fees are NOT based on the number of sessions attended per month. *If a student misses a session, fees are still applicable, fees are not per session it is per month and paid to book a space in the class. *Leave of absences (e.g. skipping one month and then rejoining) are not allowed. In this instance, fees will be paid in full to keep a space in the class *If payments are not made within a reasonable amount of time, we will have no choice but to remove the student from the class *If student refuses to pay outstanding fees, the academy reserves the right to retrieve outstanding fees via our third party debt collector *after payments are made each month, a copy of the receipt must be sent via WhatsApp to (868) 322-5863, if the payment is being done online. If this is not done, your account will not be updated. Attendance *Students are expected to be present and on time *If the student arrives early, they can sit in the classroom and wait until the time class begins. *Students are to pay attention to what is being taught in class. *No phones or devices should be used while in class unless needed. *If a student does not understand a topic or concept, they are required to ask in the class. *All assignments given in class are to be completed on time *A class can be cancelled because of electricity failure/unforeseen emergency. This is very rare. If it does happen, then one of the RESERVE classes used previously for that subject will be added to that month. If there is NO RESERVE day, a pre-recorded class will be done, or an online assignment/exam given. *Students will not be refunded or discounted if they miss a class *If a student misses a class, they will not expect a recording of an online class or expect to attend another class for that subject. *If a student misses a class, they will not have access to online classes. The student does not have access to online classes if they are enrolled in physical classes, a student can enroll in both physical and online classes, however, they will be billed for both classes.
