WHOLE AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties that fees paid to reserve a place in the crash course indicated is NON – REFUNDABLE if the student or parent cancels. Modern Minds Academy is not responsible for students not logging in at the scheduled time or reaching late, it is the sole responsibility of students to be on time for the courses. If the tutor cancels, a full refund will be paid to the student or parent. In addition, Modern Minds academy reminds all participants any link sharing or sharing of our live stream or material is prohibited and is in direct violation of our privacy policy. Participants engaging in such activity will face legal action and where a minor is concerned, parents will be held responsible.
